Yes-use your heads of dept as signatories although remember that you are not required to have a Memo of Agreement until your second year. 30. If no other groups are applying for grants in the Bedford/Lexington communities, do we need the Memorandum of Agreement or do we simply have those who review our summary of community assets and needs sign off on it? Is there a form for their signature, or do we make up our own? Do we need a separate “Community Needs and Assets” Profile for each community, or can we do a combined profile, since the grant must be a collaborative grant? A program does not need to submit an MOA with their Assets and Needs profile. In the RFP, Question 3, Part B asks for an MOA from agencies who have had MOAs within the past five years.
