Is the Mechanic allowed to bring the disabled vehicle back to the Auto Repair Shop?
This only applies if the diagnosis found requires the disabled vehicle to receive extensive mechanical repairs which cannot be done on location. At that point, the Mechanic is to contact the MOMECH Specialist so further Relief Options can be provided to the Customer. The Mechanic is not allowed to contact any Towing Services to transport the disabled vehicle. Once again, only the MOMECH Specialist is to handle all Options on all MOMECH ODV Cases. Once the disabled vehicle reaches the Auto Repair Shop, the Mechanic is to continue labor on the vehicle to complete the Case cycle and the Pay Rate Clock.
