Is the MCO required to schedule an initial appointment for new PAC members?

Yes, the MCO must assure that an appointment is scheduled within 90 days from the date of enrollment in the MCO-unless the member has recently seen the same PCP. The appointment must be scheduled sooner if indicated by the HRA or requested by the member.
