Joes represent the first 4 (5 including the black action soldier) G.I. Joes released in 1964. These figures have a lot more accessories and the clothes are of better quality (material)than the Target G.I. Joes. The 30th Joes also came with 4 hair colors, red, yellow, brown and black and their lips are painted. The Target Joes had 3 hair colors, blonde, black and brown, their lips aren’t painted. Also the Target Joes are 50th ann. WWII figures, where as the 30th ann. Joes are more Vietnam era clothes and soldiers. The big difference in all of them would be the sailor and airforce.
