The Card is a prepaid card that provides many of the same benefits as a credit card, but it is not a credit card. You can use the Card for purchases wherever MasterCard debit cards are accepted and at over a million ATMs worldwide. With the Card, you load cash onto the card to increase the Card balance. When you use your Card to make a purchase or to get cash at an ATM, the amount of each transaction, including any applicable fees, is deducted from your Card balance.
