(a) Yes, the magnetic field is homogeneous. Inhomogeneity of the magnetic field is less 1% in a cylinder 4 cm diameter and 4 cm length. Size of this cylinder is the “sweet spot” size. The volume of the sweet spot is about 23-24 ml. (b) No. Inhomogeneous (gradient field) required for diffusion measurements has not been implemented. The feature can be delivered upon request for an additional charge.
