The Magic House is committed to providing barrier-free exhibits, programs and public areas that can be enjoyed by all visitors. Service animals are welcome. Elevators provide service to all floors. Please note that there is a small area The Magic House that was originally a historic home, so some hallways on the second and third floors of the Victorian structure are narrower than in the recently constructed sections of the museum.
