Yes. ABLOY designed the lock cylinder with a hardened steel primary rotating disc that spins free when a drill bit is placed in the cylinder. The drill has nothing to bite into, so the bit just keeps spinning. The lock cylinder only gets hot, but it is designed to withstand very high temps too! There are no springs, tumblers, or pins in this lock cylinder. It is impossible to pick and even more so to defeat.
