Is the list of dwelling types sufficient for example, what about bungalows, hostels and garages?
The list of dwelling types has been reviewed following consultation and has taken on board many of the suggestion made. For example, low rise flats (1-2 storeys) will form separate archetypes to medium rise flats (3-5 storeys); bungalows will be separated from houses. Maisonettes, hostels and bed-sits will attract the same MRA as low rise flats. Only dwellings in the HRA will attract an MRA, non dwellings will not be eligible.
