A. The Denison Leadership Development Survey is applicable to all leaders. Our normative database is comprised of leaders from a diverse array of industries, management levels, functional areas and tenures. It has been applied to senior level management programs as well as emerging leader programs. We also have a 270 version of the survey for Individual Contributors. This survey is designed for the leader in the organization who may not have Direct Reports.
