Depends. For some titles the change is completely unnoticeable, whilst for others there is a very slight delay (a fraction of a second). Strangely the delay experienced on any one title can vary depending on the exact circumstances of the playback. All in all, it is probably fair to say that the layer change on LG players is neither the worst or best in the market.
