Is the law of conservation of energy absolute?

0

It applies to ALL physical situations we’ve either constructed in a laboratory or observed directly in nature. The law of conservation of energy is non-negotiable for EVERY situation we will ever experience. Don’t say that E=m*c^2 “converts matter into energy”, because that is a misconception…the matter ALREADY WAS energy and the mass didn’t really get destroyed either, only the particles got destroyed. The mass of those former particles is now possessed by the destination of the energy. Ok, people ask how did energy come to be in the first place? Good question, and there is no known explaination. I just dismiss it and say “the creation of the universe was an extraphysical event” out of ignorance. If you can somehow develop a real answer, not one out of ignorance, then you will make great fame in all of science.
