Is the landlord or tenant responsible for the cost of water for lawn sprinklers?
We are planning to rent out our single family home in the bay area. The house is equipped with an automatic sprinkler system for the lawns. Am I required to split the water bill with the prospective tenant (to pay for the water used in irrigating the lawns) or is the tenant responsible for the entire water bill. Thanks in advance for all advise.
