Is the Komodo archipelago covered by basic mobile service?
The best signal in Komodo National Park is telkomsel. I have been there for traveling and I did connection well in some spot unfortunately not Komodo National Park cover by GSM. if you do travel to Komodo, the best way you have to ask your guide or boat crew which are your cellular telephone will cover it.
