Is the JobScore Network a resume database?
Yes and No. JobScore is a resume database because we store and sell candidate information, but the similarities to other resume databases end there. • You can’t search through all of the resumes in JobScore. We keep candidate information private unless there is a two-way match between the job you are trying to fill and what the candidate is looking for. • When there’s a match, JobScore recommends the candidate by showing you an anonymized version of the candidate’s information (no name and contact information, no resume). • If you like a candidate’s anonymous profile, you can use a credit to access their contact information. Whenever you use a credit, we notify the candidate that you’ve accessed their information for a the specificjob. • Hence, we don’t charge all-you-can-eat subscription pricing — you contact candidates one-by-one using credits. So, we think of JobScore as more of a resume recommendation service than a resume database.
