Is the IT OJT Program limited only to individuals with ‘programming’ skills?
NO. The skills needed in this OJT program are those needed to develop and operate an actual Web Company. Programming (i.e., databases, inventory systems, etc.) is just one of those skills. However, all of the skills are computer based and related to work via the Internet. All IT OJT Assignments will be via telecommuting – means you can work from your current location – but you will need an Internet connection to go to ‘work’.
