We tried last year to do some correlations with the faculty to take a look at perceptions — not just of academic achievement, but success in a case-method program. One of the strongest predictors — in terms of what we assess in the admissions process and successful integration into the community here, both academically and outside of class — was how people did on their admissions interview.
