Is the initial consultation appointment free?
No, where an initial consultation is required or appropriate we do make a charge for this at an appropriate service fee. However, if following the inital consultation appointment, you engage us to carry out the work or to project manage services, then we will deduct the cost of the initial appointment from the final invoice. We charge for our appointments because we use time and expertise to deliver them and we believe these have value.
