Is the Infrastructure in at Yalick Farms?
Our infrastructure (utilities, storm sewer, etc.) is underground and in its entirety. All curb and gutter is in and the first level of pavement is down (the final level will be placed at completion). What this means for you is that the home buyer does not have to drive on temporary roadways or watch heavy site work being done. At this time, all there is to do is build! We are also strategically planning our construction schedule so that home owners and construction traffic do not use the same routes.
