i-Timesheets users can only access the software with a valid Company ID, UserName and Password. The Company ID is a unique identifier which is set up for you when you first subscribe to use the application. All data is held in your own partitioned database schema created on Servers protected by un-interruptible power supplies and backed up nightly for the purpose of disaster recovery. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is available as an optional extra if it is required.
