Is the information in CAMEO updated periodically? How often?
The MFA is committed to the long-term maintenance of CAMEO. Monitoring the conservation literature to update citations and content of the database is handled on a continuing basis by the conservation staff. The ‘Last updated on’ field allows the user to determine when a record has been last modified. This date will let the user know about the currency of the information.
