Yes. Legislation to underpin the IAP in NSW, in the form of the Road Transport (General) Amendment (Intelligent Access Program) Bill 2006, is now in effect. The IAP bill is based on national model legislation developed by the National Transport Commission (NTC) and forms part of the Road Transport (General) Act 2005.
