Is the i-chlor system NSF certified?

0

No most state public drinking water system regulations have adopted the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) certified chemical additives and materials Standards 60 and 61. Because i-chlor produces chemical on demand, it is not possible to obtain Standard 60 and/or 61 certification for i-chlor. However, there is a certification adopted for such equipment by the EPA through the NSF call the Environmental Technology Verification (ETV). The ETV process is a third party verification that of what the equipment claims to do.
