Is the Husky Alumni Network secure?
Yes, we have taken steps to secure the kind of information that is viewable and who can view it. Only UConn alums, students, and other selected UConn-affiliated parties (e.g. selected staff members, school and college representatives, etc.) can access the Husky Alumni Network. Freshmen, Sophomores, and Juniors only have access to the Career Network. Because the Husky Alumni Network is an opt-in system, we have selected only general fields for personal identification to include in the Online Directory. You may select to opt-out or opt-in to customize your level of information privacy. All information is sent through secure servers.
