Depends who you ask. Feminists will tell you that a family situation where you have a man that: …works his rear off every single day, performing tasks that eat away at his body/mind//soul… and sacrifices most of his waking hours to provide for his family… Is actually oppressive to his wife that does whatever she wants all day… free from the pressures of the workforce. So, things are very confusing using the feminist barometer for success. Feminists HATE housewives. Housewives represent a time when women actually respected the fact that their husbands spent most of their day doing things they’d prefer not doing to secure the finances necessary to sustain life. Respecting the sacrifices of working husbands humanizes them… And we all know… feminists would prefer to re-direct focus on the “negative” things with regards to men.
