No it is not. You really do not need air conditioning in central Oregon. With the numerous windows in the house and portable fans and ceiling fans in both bedrooms, the air circulation provides enough cool air to be quite comfortable. We use the home a lot for ourselves, and if we were uncomfortable with the heat, we’d have air conditioning by now!
