Is the hotel check forfeited in the event of no-show or cancellation?
In principle, it is not possible to cancel a confirmed booking. In the event of a no-show, the hotel cheque shall be forfeited. In the case of a definitive cancellation, Connex loses its entitlement to the agreed capacity in the hotel. This capacity, which was associated with your hotel check, is therefore no longer available for bookings. Likewise, the hotel cheque is also forfeited if part of your stay is cancelled, e.g. cancellation of already confirmed extra days or accompanying persons. With regard to firm bookings of extra days and accompanying persons, the cancellation conditions of the relevant hotel shall apply. Your hotel check shall not be forfeited if you change your booking with the same hotel. Connex will be pleased to make changes to your booking for an administration fee of 25.50 euros.
