Is the Hong Kong worker (office, factory, etc.) more efficient than North American counter-part?

This was selected as Best Answer There are few factories left in Hong Kong, they having gone to the mainland, but in general the work ethic is higher in Hong Kong, Singapore, and now China, as well as South Korea. This usually translates into higher levels of efficiency and productivity, at least in offices, but all dependent on the level of available technical support systems. Factory systems are still below par, due to poor quality-control and/or the desire to rush out orders and thus cut corners.
