Is the health care reform law unconstitional???
As someone who voted for Obama last fall, I believe the health care system in the U.S. should be reformed. With that disclosure of my political/voting preference, I am going on record as saying that I agree with critics of this law that the “mandate” portion requiring individuals to purchase health insurance is unconstitutional.
