Not to mention it has free customer support with total satisfaction. It also features a help button on the touch screen if you get confused. It has a one step control, a simple click of the button and you can choose the feature you are looking for on a detailed screen. You don’t have to charge the batteries you just place it on it’s charger or connect to the internet with the USB port and you won’t have to worry about needing batteries again. You can program up to 15 components including lighting and appliances. It has incredible Compatibility from Blu-ray disk to laser disk you can find you information in a large data-base.
