Is the hardware upon which KeyServer is installed dependable?

KeyServer is running on a machine with two 9GB mirrored hard drives (for fault tolerance; if one drive would fail, the second one takes over without interruption). The server is connected to a UPS (uninterruptible power supply) and generator. KeyServer data is backed up nightly.
