Is the group responsible for the drivers meals and lodging?
A. The driver is responsible for his own meal. However, if your group would like to include the driver in your group meals, that is appreciated. We do ask the group to take care of the drivers hotel accommodations, as it can be beneficial to the group to have the driver at the same hotel. On trips with multiple buses and drivers, Patriot Coach Lines requests that each driver be given a separate room. Most hotels will groups an extra room or two depending on how many rooms the group is booking.
