Yes. And we take great pains to achieve this. Though we are based in Washington, D.C., we have a multicultural staff and a list of contributors that ranges across continents. But more than this, we believe that unlike many of the world’s premier institutions which argue from the basis of advancing the often narrow interests of one particular nation we endeavor to stay free of any particular national identity or interest.
