Is the Gideons version of the Bible as reliable as the 1611 King James version?

The first few pages of your Gideon’s Bible will say if it is a King James Version or a New King James Version or another version. The King James Version of today is not the same as the 1611 version. You would really have a difficult time reading it if it were. The King James Version is reliable enough.
