MSU’s procurement card and the GE Capital MasterCard are two separate and unique products and programs. The procurement card is designed for purchase of products and non-travel related services and is billed directly to Michigan State University. The GE Capital MasterCard is designed for MSU business travel expenses and the cardholder is billed monthly.
