Is the furniture at Bobs Discount Furniture decent quality?
Though they talk a big game on the commercials, this place offers anything but “value”. I ordered my bedroom set over a month ago and going on my 3rd and 4th delivery attempt as I type this. At first the service was great but the day before the initial delivery I learned that my bedroom set was not going to be delivered together and that a separate attempt would need to be made later in the week. When they delivered the first few pieces I was greeted by a driver who immediate told me that my items were damaged and I could either keep them or send them back. This was at 6:57 in the morning. These were obviously returned. This morning was the 2nd attempt to deliver my set and again it was not delivered in full and the items that did arrive were damaged. I now have two more deliveries scheduled for the remaining pieces because for whatever reason they are unable to deliver everything at once.
