Fujitsu have an update for the BIOS. This fixes the start up of the Wireless adapter. Instead of pressing Fn + F2 the adapter will switch on automatically. Use Fujitsu System Diagnostics to check the Bios version. This may also apply to other Fujitsu laptops.
