Yeah, there are some towns, and perhaps some centres that might be large enough to be considered cities (I am thinking of places such as Whitehorse, Yellowknife, Dawson, Iqaluit, although I do not know if any of them are actually within the arctic circle or on the tundra or anything). Many of the places on the tundra are reservations and such inhabited largely by Inuit peoples, but there would also be some die-hard non-Inuit that would live there because they like it, or because they grew up there and are used to it, and such, and then there is the people who live there in the summer (they actually can get reasonably warm temperatures in the summer. Certainly above freezing and above the growing point, although the growing season is too short for anything other than mosses and lichen to grow, and I am not sure if that is just within the arctic circle or on the tundra itself), people who hunt, search and rescue and emergency services, as would be expected, scientific expeditions and suc
