A. Yes. State law requires both a front and back license plate. If there is one plate missing, damaged or a registration validation sticker is missing, the customer may obtain a replacement set of plates and/or a new validation windshield sticker for $6.30. If someone other than the registered owner applies for the replacement, a signed note is required from the owner before replacement plates or windshield stickers will be issued.
