Is the Fizfit / Kettlebell workout admission on an ad-hoc basis or is there a schedule?
You can join at any time. Beginner’s classes are your safest bet. It is here you learn the terminology, protocol and technique of the exercises. Even though it is called a beginner’s workout, at times it can be quite intense. Mostly it is to learn the methods and techniques where I break down each technique to its bare components. When we feel you are ready, we will invite you to join the intermediate or advanced level classes.
