Prior to releasing any IP camera, we do extensive testing. Panasonic has and will continue to issue firmware updates as needed.” Firmware updates to add features are one of our key features! Early users of our KX-HCM10 have added several new features that include an expanded user interface and the ability to save 8 preset pan – tilt positions. Adding these features took only a few minutes. Best of all, updates are available on our web site at no charge!
