Is the firm AIMR or GIPS® compliant?
Herndon Capital Management claims compliance with the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS®)(formerly known as AIMR-PPS). A third-party verification as set forth by the GIPS standards (previously known as the AIMRPPS, Level I) has been conducted from June 30, 2002 through September 30, 2009 and a performance examination (previously known as Level II) was conducted for five of the firm’s composites beginning as early as June 30, 2002. Currently our firm wide verification for the period October 1, 2009 to March 31, 2010 is in progress.
