Yes. It is chartered by the Ohio Department of Public Safety, Division of Emergency Medical Services in Columbus. The Academy is also endorsed by the Northeastern Ohio Fire Chiefs’ Association, and we are well respected by the suburban Fire Departments in the northeastern Ohio counties.
