Is the film/fabric width exactly the same width as the roller blind / screen?
No. The roller pin ends need to turn inside the brackets, which means that they have to extend beyond the edges of the roll tube supporting the film/fabric. An additional clearance is also necessary. The film/fabric width is therefore 38mm narrower than the blind / screen roller pin or cassette width, depending on the type of product ordered.
