Is the fee refundable if a traveller cancels a reservation?
No. The fee to theZouk pays for the new business opportunity and contact information we provide you with. Once a client accepts an offer from you theZouk is no longer involved. The offer they have accepted is subject to your own Terms and Conditions, so you will need to treat the booking as you usually would. All final payments or cancellation fees must be settled directly between you and the client.
