Response: The “Farewell Circumambulation” is not obligatory for the Umra. However, it is best to do so, if though , someone leaves and did not perform it, then there is no harm. However, for the Hajj, it is obligatory. Because the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: “None of you should leave until he performs the last circumambulation around the house.” These words were directed to the pilgrims.
