Not at all. M2Z is offering a free, family-friendly, always-on service. The free service allows for anonymous registration and since there is no way to know the age of a specific user, M2Z cannot differentiate between a 10 year old child and a 45 year old adult. This is similar to broadcast TV where basic channels are free and subject to content restrictions but users can pay for premium channels that have no content restrictions.
