The Fair, in collaboration with Eugene BioSource, has arranged to power all of its diesel equipment with 100% Biodiesel, a renewable fuel derived from vegetable oil which burns cleaner than petroleum diesel. The Fair is a “pack it in, pack it out” event, so if you brought it here, please take it with you when you leave. We use durable silverware at all our food booths.
