Is the eXtreme Fax software installed?
To determine if eXtreme Fax is installed: • Click Start, scroll to Settings and select Control Panel. • Double click on the Add/Remove Programs icon. • Check to see if eXtreme Fax is amoung the list of installed programs. • If eXtreme Fax is not installed, you will need to download and install the software. 3. Do you have the correct connection type? In order for eXtreme Fax to notify you of a received gfax, you must select the correct Internet connection type. Please follow the instructions below to determine that the correct connection type is selected.
