Is the ethernet cable supposed to be so tight?
A tight fit for the ethernet connection in the dock is normal. We designed each port and its corresponding cable very carefully to ensure precise alignment. During testing of the ethernet cable it was determined that a very tight fit was needed to maintain that accuracy. Users may need to use a tool to force it into the port, its a pain, but you only have to do it once. Or never if you’re using Wi-Fi!
